"Bye, Mommy, Seeya Later"

Henry and I went on a bike ride this Sunday.

First, we rode to the bagel shop by our house. Then we rode to the park, where Henry climbed all the way to the top of the playscape. He was too scared to go down the slide, so we came back down and ate our bagel.

After that, we rode on the bike path over a couple of bridges (Henry is a really big fan of bridges), underneath the highway, up to the university campus, past his school (where Henry pointed out the "Big Diggers", or back-hoes), then up our street to our house.

He was pretty tired and ready for a nap, but kept saying "Bicycle ride!", so I think he enjoyed it.

I realized that I am quite out of shape after our first real winter in, oh, seven years.
