Entreprenuer
He wanted a lemonade stand. He actually wanted a lemonade and cookie store where his dad would attach a bell to it's door that would ring when he had customers, but he settled for a stand.
Planning for the event was nothing less than hilarious. It involved a lot of him pacing the floor dictating lists and saying things like, "Do you think we can really do this, Mommy? Really?". I promised him that I would go out and buy the best store bought cookie mix that money could buy, along with the biggeest canister of country time lemonade mix I could find. There was no way I was not going to make his dream come true. He was super excited and before he fell asleep he said "I really think that people all over the Earth will want some of my treats." We have been talking a lot about the Earth lately.
He waited patiently for all of our dog walking neighbors to pass by. In the cutest voice ever, he would call them over for a free dog treat. Then came the hard sell. He would yell out to all passing garage sale traffic as well. He worked for a solid two hours and netted a profit of $10.40. That Fisher-Price cash register got a real workout.

This is the cutest story ever! Tell him that several people in Baghdad wanted his treats, but we just couldn't get there in time. He is so special...and I miss him bunches!
Love, Mormor
A free dog treat - excellent sales technique! Congratulations on a job well done Henry!
Soo cute! I guess the profit didn't really cover the cost but the end result is priceless!!!
