Round On The ends and hi in the middle

Erin graduated from college a few weeks ago, so we went up to Ohio to celebrate and get in some much needed family time. It is now all a blur of Skyline chili, wii bowling tournaments, Greaters ice cream, biking, duck feeding, tractor riding (Henry), and beer drinking on the patio (not Henry). It was Middleamericarriffic. The only thing missing was the Boston Althoff contingent, a.k.a., Uncle Tim and Aunt Alcy.

Thanks to Mamaw and Poppy for letting us take over the house and for providing all of the food, beds, books and toys we could ever need. And cake. Let's not forget the cake. We had such a good time.

How did I not know you were from Ohio? My grandparents live in Cincinnati, and the red brick house pictured could BE their house, they are so similar. Weird! And we are a Gold Star family, for the record. xoxox

The #1 in my books is Camp Washington Chili. Which only has one location. Back in the pre-adult days, that was our late night stop for food after the bars closed. You'd see some great characters roll through, but mostly drunk college kids.
